The West London Property Lunch series has been gathering 70+ influencers from the property, construction and planning sector for over a decade. Previous speakers include Sir Edward Lister, James Murray, and Liz Peace.
This spring, join us at the Clayton Hotel in Chiswick, as key players from the West London Built Environment sphere convene once again.
With the 2022 London council elections around the corner, the Spring Property Lunch will feature a well-rounded exploration of key challenges / opportunities for organisations operating in the Built Environment at this time - with input from a cross-party spectrum of senior West London councillors.

Cllr Shama Tatler (Labour) - Lead Member for Regeneration, Property & Planning, Brent Council
Shama Tatler has been a Councillor for the London Borough of Brent since 2014 and a member of the Cabinet in 2016 with responsibility for Regeneration, Property and Planning, overseeing some of London’s largest regeneration schemes. As part of her role she oversees some of the largest regeneration projects in London, including the Wembley Park area and also leads on the multi-award winning estate regeneration scheme in South Kilburn. As part of her lead member role she drives economic growth in Brent, as well as leading on innovative strategies on inclusive growth and affordable workspace. Recently, Shama has led on the adoption of Brent’s Local Plan and subsequent masterplan SPDs for the Neasden Station Growth Area and Church End.
Shama is a member of the Local Government Association City Regions Board, is an executive member for the London Labour Housing Group, Vice-Chair of the London Labour Regional Board and Co-Chair of Labour To Win.
Councillor Tony Devenish, Deputy Chairman, Housing Committee & Environment Committee, GLA Assembly Member for West Central
Tony was first elected to the GLA in 2016 and re-elected in May 2021. As the West Central London Assembly Member, he covers five parliamentary constituencies and three London Boroughs: Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea and the City of Westminster. Outside politics, Tony has a long career in infrastructure & property and was formerly one of the youngest General Managers overseas in the Middle and the Far East for Rolls-Royce (power generation).
