West London Business-member LMP Group have secured £1.6m of the Adult Education Budget for the London region enabling them to offer your staff (that are residents in London) fully-funded short courses in the following subjects:
-Awareness of Mental Health Problems
-Understanding Autism
-Information, Advice and Guidance
-Digital Skills
-Understanding Specific Learning Difficulties
-Special Education Needs and Disability
-Maths and English Functional Skills
All their courses are certificated and are delivered through a distance learning platform, allowing your staff members to choose when and where they study. They will also be assigned a personal tutor who will be there to support with their learning.

Staff Eligibility Criteria:
-Aged 19 or over on or after 31 August 2021.
-Be a resident of the greater London area.
-Must have been a resident in the UK for at least 3 years.
-Must not already hold the qualification that is being delivered.

-LMP will then start the enrolment process for each staff member – they will need their names, contact details and the programme they wish to study.
