West London Business members and globe-trotting advertisement company JCDecaux is celebrating the shortlisting of their iconic Terminal 5 Towers project at Heathrow Airport in the annual AV Awards in the Retail Project of the Year category.

The recently refurbished towers have already found critical success, having won the Retail & Signage category at the 2026 Inavation Awards celebrating top designs from within the audiovisual industry.

Strategically positioned landside and airside across Terminal 5, the seven combined Towers are strikingly visible across the departure lounge and are viewed by over 80 million passengers that travel through the Airport every year.

The full-motion digital screens offer digital flexibility and quality to create exciting and impactful opportunities for global brand communication at the world’s most connected airport, in the world’s most connected place.

This project joins a multitude of other key deliveries across the capital, including the continued rollout and upgrade of bus shelters on major bus routes in partnership with Transport for London.
