The Heathrow office of top 20 chartered accountants and business advisers Kingston Smith is delighted to announce that its partners and staff will be re-locating to a new office at The Old Vinyl Factory in Hayes on 5 September.
The Old VinylFactory, which is located a short distance from Hayes & Harlington station just one stop away from London Heathrow airport, was once a global centre for innovation in product design and manufacturing as the European headquarters of EMI/HMV. The entire site is undergoing redevelopment and includes a new CentralResearch Laboratory (CRL), which provides fledgling entrepreneurs with cutting edge facilities and expert support in an inspiring environment.
Kingston Smith’s new office will be located one floor above the CRL and will have a modern and open plan feel, with improved meeting, entertaining and event facilities. The move is significant for Kingston Smith, which has been based in Hayes for over 40 years, as the new larger office offers fantastic growth potential for its expanding team, which has seen the appointment of a new partner, Mahmood Ramji, earlier this year. It is also ideally located for the firm’s international clients, being so close to Heathrow airport, and will be in a prime position for access to London with the new Crossrail line in 2018.
Maureen Penfold, Managing Partner at Kingston Smith, comments:
“We are really excited about this move, which keeps us at the heart of our West London and Thames Valley market. As innovative advisers to entrepreneurial businesses, it is very fitting for us to be in an office surrounded by dynamic entrepreneurs at the forefront of their field, in a building that has always been known for innovation. We are also delighted that our new facilities will offer a greatly improved experience for all our people; a hub including a dedicated client working space complete with Wi-Fi and refreshment facilities for all Kingston Smith clients and contacts.”
In addition to the full spectrum of compliance and advisory services Kingston Smith provides including cloud accounting, corporate and personal tax and corporate finance, the new Heathrow office will also offer restructuring and insolvency advice from its corporate recovery and insolvency arm, Kingston Smith & Partners.
Kingston Smith’s new address will be The Shipping Building, The Old Vinyl Factory, Blyth Road, Hayes, London UB3 1HA from September 2016. The partners and staff look forward to welcoming clients and guests to their new office and will be having a launch party in October, details of which are available at www.ks.co.uk/events
