As part of their “SkillsAthon” campaign, the platform offers a free AI-powered skills assessment designed to give users insight into how their current abilities align with existing or future job roles. SkillsAssess is “training agnostic,” meaning it is not tied to any single training provider or curriculum, allowing organisations to use their own preferred resources alongside the platform’s assessment data.
The system includes adaptive assessments that adjust in real time based on a user’s responses, alongside interactive simulations that place candidates in realistic, task-based scenarios — such as troubleshooting a workplace IT issue — to test practical problem-solving skills rather than relying solely on theoretical questions.
Organisations using the platform also gain access to an enhanced reporting dashboard, which visualises results and skills breakdowns to support data-driven workforce planning.
