West London Careers Hub‘s will be running inclusive career events and opportunities to guide students towards future careers, seeking passionate volunteers.

The programme, running from May to November 2024, includes workplace visits, speed networking, and interactive Q&A sessions. In addition it will provide invaluable insights into different industries.

Do you want to make a difference to the future of youths? The West London Careers Hub provide a multitude of opportunities for students to help grow and develop, including kick start their career.

The programme will deliver inspiring workshops directly impacting community projects. Furthermore, it will give students the opportunity to showcase their skills as well as provide them with networking opportunities to gain new career prospects. Equally the programme will be bringing like-minded people with single vision to create change and shape our future workforce.

Career activities and volunteering events

Workplace Visits for Career Opportunities SEN Students – Wednesday 26 June :

  • Career insights talk with 4-5 staff volunteers
  • Speed networking with 4-5 staff volunteers
  • Short workplace task apprised by your staff
  • Contained tour of part of the workplace

Speed Networking Event – Friday 12 July: At the Compton
Offering students a chance to network with professionals for various career opportunities.

My Line? -Wednesday 26 June: Oakbridge College
Students guess volunteers’ professions through Q&A sessions alongside a short description of their role.
